Reservation

Reservations can be requested in person or via phone, letter or e-mail.

A deposit of 50% of the rental sum is due at booking.

Your reservation is garanteed when the deposit is in our bank account. We will confirm receipt via e-mail.

The remaining 50% of the rental fee must be paid into our account 4 weeks before you arrival at the latest. Again, we will confirm receipt and provide you with the necessary details for your arrival. When you book within 4 weeks from your planned arrival, the total rental sum is due at booking.

Costs involved in international payments are to be paid for by the guest.
Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation up to 8 weeks before your planned arrival date, the deposit will be returned, minus any booking or other costs we have had to pay to third parties.

In case of cancellation less than 8 weeks before your planned arrival date, the deposit will not be reimbursed.

For a cancellation within 4 weeks of the planned arrival date, the full agreed rental sum is due. If we manage to rent the house for (part of) your period, we will reimburse you partially.

Cancellation requests have to be made in writing.
