From May to October and during the Christmas holidays, we only rent the cottage on a weekly basis, from Friday to Friday.

Included in the rent are:

In 2026, these periods are as follows:

Check-in is between 5 p.m. and 9:30 p.m., check-out is no later than 10 a.m.
Arrival is possible on: Friday for a (long) weekend / Monday for a midweek stay / Monday or Friday for a week-long stay.
From May to October and during the Christmas holidays, arrival is only possible on Fridays and rentals are always from Friday to Friday.
If no new guests are arriving on the day of your departure, you can also stay at Wild Cat until 7:00 p.m. The rate for a late check-out is €35.
During the Belgian Formula 1 Grand Prix, increased rates apply.

Reservations can be made verbally, by telephone, in writing or by email.
Our confirmation email will request a 50% deposit. (Check your spam folder if you do not receive a message from us!)
The reservation is only final once the deposit has been received. We will confirm receipt of payments by email.
The remainder of the payment must be transferred to our account no later than four weeks before arrival. For reservations made within four weeks of arrival, the entire amount must be paid in one instalment.
For international transfers, any additional costs are at the expense of the guest.

If you cancel up to eight weeks before arrival, we will refund your deposit, minus any booking fees incurred or commission paid by us to third parties.
If you cancel within eight weeks of arrival, the deposit will not be refunded.
If you cancel within four weeks of arrival, the full amount of the booking is due. If we manage to re-let the cottage, we will refund part of the rental amount you paid.

Please also consider taking out cancellation insurance. Unexpected events can occur at any time.
